Those are M35/45 optional 19" wheels which come standard on the sport models.
They are nice looking and in my opinion, even better looking than the standard, non-sport 18".
I don't have a pic at hand, but the 18's look similar to the FX35/45 wheels.

Good luck finding the 19's tho. I've read on other forums of other owners changing wheels, but you can bet their OEM's are scarfed quickly.

The 19s are so much nicer IMO. Anyone able to photochop the M's 19s onto a G coupe?

last time i checked (about a month ago), infiniti in LA area quoted me $880 per wheel, special order, i believe the specs are 19x8.5 with +50mm offset, i think infiniti rated them "light weight" but i have no idea what the exact weight is, good luck finding a used set, as i searched and searched came up w/ nothing, i think very few m35/m45 are members of any forums.

better luck getting some jdm wheels (volks, advan, etc.).

19x8.5 is cool ...but +50mm offset? Would those fit a G sedan?

i believe spacers are required, 5mm or 10mm, but i don't know if longer studs are needed.
too much work and money for me, that's why i gave up.

They are expensive, but the are high quallity, especially for OEM
They are forged wheels made by Rays.

Ian, I might be wrong but I thought the M 19s were made by Enkei and the G35 coupe 19s were made by Rays.. I'm sure Colin knows the answer to this. I agree they would look real sweet on the G, but ouch like you say, they would be expensive. If you couldn't get a used set from someone, it probably would be better to purchase a nice aftermarket wheel.

An aftermarket choice that's somewhat similar are the PIAA Super Rozza,
with lots of size choice as well...
