They are nice looking and in my opinion, even better looking than the standard, non-sport 18".
I don't have a pic at hand, but the 18's look similar to the FX35/45 wheels.
Good luck finding the 19's tho. I've read on other forums of other owners changing wheels, but you can bet their OEM's are scarfed quickly.

like you say, they would be expensive. If you couldn't get a used set from someone, it probably would be better to purchase a nice aftermarket wheel.
