Work Fried "Rice"...

I was never really a fan of mesh, until I came across these rims. "Black Burning" color on the spokes. Look gunmetal in the sunlight, and black at night. They are 19 x 8.5 front +28mm and 19 x 10 rear +23mm. Work is a very reputable rim manufacturer in Japan. Let me know if you have any other questions about the wheels.

Re: Work Fried "Rice"...

Car looks great.. I still love mesh type rims. Remind me of my younger days when everyone had Epsilons, Works, or Simmons.

OH YAH!!! They were nice . Ahh those where days.

I'm telling you, rim companies should go retro. Bring back some of their discountiued line. Can you image SSR Bangvec's in 19's or 20's on a G

Re: Work Fried "Rice"...

Nisei week was probabably the reason why I got into cars. I remember standing on the curb (before I was driving) and watching all these nice supra's, Celica's, RX-7/3/100's and 240Z's crusing down with street bumping to 2-Live-Crew.

Can you image if Nisei week cruise came back. There would be to many car's. Import scene is to big now. I might have start making Nisei week TShirts again. This time with a G35 in the back of it.

Re: Work Fried "Rice"...

Thanks for the compliments guys... Like I said, Mesh wasn't my first choice, but I feel that they conveyed the right type of image for the car. I was going to go with Volk SF Challenges, but opted for these as a more "mature" choice. Here are a couple more pics...

By the way, the whip is dropped on HKS Hipermax coilovers for those that were askin...
