Re: Eibachs with 19s :)
What type of suspension did you go with when you initially purchased your car...regular suspension or sport suspension?
There is a big difference between regular suspension and sport....the reg. suspension is very bouncy has the luxury bouncy feeling to it....the sport suspension is stiffer.
I have the sport suspension and than I upgraded to Eibach springs...the ride quality was a whole lot better...very smooth ride on my fat tires 245/35/19F and 255/35/19R...I reduced body roll big time....I love it.
Now if you have the regular suspension and than go with Eibach...it's gonna feel bumpier to you since you are so used to a bouncy ride (that is if you have the reg suspension)...otherwise if your car came with the sport and you go to Eibachs....you won't be disappointed.

Does your interior have that "titanium" trim? If so, than you should have the sport suspension (when I bought the car last year, that was the only way to get the titanium trim).
No need for an camber/alignment kit...I asked Eibach before I bought the springs. I got the springs installed and than immediately got the alignment done. I"m taking her back for an alignment check after 500 miles (I'm at 400 miles right now) just to be sure the alignment hasn't changed more, due to the springs settling more.

so you get the alignment done with the spring installation ?? wow..., where did you get it done ? performance shop or like les schwab and discount tire ? how much do they cost you ? I didn't know you can get the alignment done without adding an alignment kit ?! I guess we won't need a kit then >.<

Re: Eibachs with 19s :)
Yep got the alignment done right after installing the eibachs. I got it done at Motorsport Techniques in Hayward (510) 783-8383....yep it's a performance shop. To install springs and get the alignment done around $260 (not including cost of springs). Yeah you can get an alignment done with the Eibachs...the performance shop won't align it to the factory settings, cause once you lower the car you are out of the factory settings. So they align it according to best tread ware.

Re: Eibachs with 19s :)
Hey NIF,
This is good info. I am looking into doing exactly what you did as far as Eibach and sports suspension package. Did you have to change the shocks or do you keep the stock (sports package) ones? I am also in East bay (Fremont) so I will call them up. Thanks for the phone number. Any names with that though?

PratG35-
I kept the stock "sport" suspension that came with the car. I'll ride these shocks out until they wear out. I'm looking to go with either Tokico or Tein for my future shocks.
Ask for "Kin" at Motorsport Techniques...he totally took care of my car...and I'm sure he'll take care of your's also. Make sure to put aside about 4 hours or so for the install....make an appointment with Kin to drop-off the car in the morning and than you can pick it up later in the day.
There are some nasty potholes near Motorsports's shop...so be careful after you lower the car when driving in that particular area.

I appreciate the positive feedback...and yep that was me avoiding the dayuuum sprinklers..
