Just got my new tires in! HAPPY...

they are Goodyear Eagle F1 D3's...according to my research, these are the best tire available right now...beats S03's, KDW2's and 555's...we'll see.

kool, definitely keep us posted...have you tried any of those other tires?

yeah, just finished the S03's...21,000 miles on those when they're rated at 15,000 miles...got my money's worth...actually, I'll be able to give a road test and a road racing test...on the 28th I'll be going to a local road course for a day of racing and I want to test these there...23 turns, dif elevations, dif speeds...great test bed.

nice! GS-D3's are kick-azz tires. just don't use it in temps under 50F.

because my car is so low, I decided on the 245/275 setup...didn't want to risk it.

Yeah, that and tire rack's recommendation is what pushed my decision...Dec 2005 edition, right?

i only wish they had tested the BFG KDW's...they actually tested the T/A KD's not the KDW's which have completely diff. tread and are designed to give you wet traction. o well!!

because the KDW2 are not in the Max Performance category...
