If you have the coupe it uses a staggered setup with front and rear overall tire diamter being different. The tire width can be the same all around but the aspect ratio(sidewall height) has to be different.

Winter tires will be better in snow than all seasons. Your talking at least 10% traction difference probably more. In NY I would definiately go with dedicated winter tires, heck I am in PA and bought Dunlop Winter Sport M3 tires on my G. But you could probably get BY on those all seasons.

That size has very little sidewall (same as the oem 19s). I'd stick with the factory sizes if going with 18s if you're at all worried about potholes.

You should stick with the staggered formation. Both tires.com and tirerack.com said it is necessary for the VDC to work correctly.

I've never heard of that brand. If it were me, I wouldn't trust my car to them.

Yeah, stinks to be in that position....I recommend checking ebay, craigslist, etc for a set of used winter tires. Since you only need one winter out of them, no sense in buying new ones

I live in NJ and I went with Sport edition fox 5 wheels and 17in Dunlop Wintersport M3s...225/50 in the front, 225/55 in the rear which is what's recommended for 6MTs.They clear the brembos. Probably will be selling since I have a chance to use my girlfriend's car this winter.
