Those are sedan springs, you don't want to use those. Another coupe owner accidently got them installed on his coupe, the front dropped fine, but the rear was left high. If you run a search I know you'll find a whole bunch of pics of ducatiguys coupe lowered ons sprint springs, run your search on sprint. The coupe eibach's are kinda new, but you might try searching for eibach coupe and see what come's up.

Re: help guys on EIBACH springs
Be prepaired to also purchase arms to correct the alignment. My G can not be aligned within spec. In fact the rear is so far out, it looks like my old ZX. The front can not adjusted for camber. So, if the drop is more than 3/4 inch (I pulled this out of my ****) I would expect to shell out another $400 for front and rear arms.
BTW, the car looks great! And it settled some more after the photo.

Re: help guys on EIBACH springs
Just like I said, run a search under sprint springs and one under eibach coupe. You have to use the boards search feature. Also cut and paste the link I posted to see if it's the eibach sedan springs I think they are.

Re: help guys on EIBACH springs
This is my G with 1.75" Sprint Springs

Cost wise you can get them for under $200 and installation is very straight forward. It will take ya anywhere from an hour and half to three hours depending on how handy you are and what kind of tools you have. You will need a spring/strut comp-tool to remove and install the front springs, and the back simply pop into place.
To correct the rear camber after the drop, you will need to opt for a camber kit, which unfortunately will set ya back over $400, but thats only if you want to go back to oem specs. I personally prefer a little negative rear camber, helps a great deal in and out of the twistys, but the draw back to that is - uneven and quicker tire wear. Oh well, the performance world is always a give and take business.
The end result of lowering my G was greater stability in and around turns, and not to mention a meaner "the way the car should have came" look. Ride wise, its still very comfortable! The Sprint springs are quite nice, with just enough stifness to get the job done, while not sacraficing the G's great ride. You wont get bone jarring, neck snapping, bounce here - common with other kits. I guess the main reason for that is that they work so well with the oem struts/shocks, which is the key! Any lower, and they would be totally off, and the car would ride like crap!
The Eibachs are good too, but for the money and time you're gonna put into it, you really can't tell if its' been lowered or not. 1" all around to the average joe is hard to tell.
Its all a matter of preference and what you plan on doing with your G. If you want something subtle, go with the Eibachs, however if you want something a little more noticable, then go with the Sprints.
Lastly, a word of wisdom - NO MATTER WHAT ANYONE TELLS YOU!!! and I cant stress that enough! BOTH spring kits WILL eventually wear out your OEM shocks quicker! Thats a fact! Take that into consideration!

Re: help guys on EIBACH springs
Looks damn perfect. do you have a web site that sells them reasonably? also does your car in that pic have the camber kit? where would i get the camber kit? if your car does not have the kit, i cant really telll the diffrence. thanks
Re: help guys on EIBACH springs
Um...there is no Eibach alignment kit for use with the sedan Pro Kit, right? So, are camber problems primarily coupe rather than sedan related? But if it is a potential problem for both, assuming I am after improved handling not just the lowered look, am I (and my wallet) better off simply going with new sway bars instead?

Since the the Eibachs aren't factually much stiffer in any given FM platform application. Their main handling benefit would be coming from the lowering of the center of gravity. And frankly the progressive part to gain ride comfort is NOT a step forward for handling, it is a compromise. Greater ride quality at the cost of reducing the a car's willingness to change direction, our cars don't use progressive springs for valid handling reason's. And in some applications, noteably the coupe, eibach use's especially softer progessive initial spring rates. It's hard to put up a arguement that a 1" lower center of gravity and softer initial spring rates could offer better handling over installing aftermarket sway bars instead. Based on what your priorities are, I'd do the sway bars instead.
