Question on which tires?

I just got an 04 G coupe. I just purchased Volk Racing SF Winning wheels 19x8.5 for the front and 19x9.5 for the rear. I am looking to get tires for the car now without breaking my pocket and without making tire noise. Any suggestions?

Dunlop Direzza tires are fantastic. The Direzza line is perfect for the G because it is a very sporty tire, but designed also for luxury so that there is minimum noise and vibrations. I love them.

just got falken ziex 512s (225-50-17)installed tonight. $640 OTD with hazard coverage and 4wheel alignment. they are only .1 inches off the OEM Goodyear GSD diameter and about 4 lbs a tire lighter than the OEMs. so i'm hoping they make the car a little quicker out of the blocks. i chose these because they are one of the best tires for wet performance for the money and i'm in florida.

i also have these tires on my wife's boxster and they are better than the bridgstone so3s. i will take them through a high spped test and some on and off-ramp manuevers in the morning and see how they do.
