G35x and new tires
I just got my X on the first of the month so I don't need new tires yet, but I was just wondering what others here use as replacements. The stock Turanza's suck.

I was going to go with the Yokohama V4S (link below) since I loved the H4S on my Sonata and my GF has the H4S on her Malibu (at my suggestion) but then it dawned on me that I have a full-size spare and these are directional tires.
If I get them (when needed), will it hurt me to keep the spare with the Turanza as long as I don't drive that much on it? The last time I got a flat I only used the spare long enough to drive to a tire shop to have it fixed. If that's not OK, can anyone make a suggestion to a quality tire that is not directional (and that won't break the bank)?
