Widest rear tires installed on a sedan?

Many have run 245/275 staggered setups.... but what is the widest rear for the sedan? I know a 255 will fit the front... can you go bigger for the back?

Anybody tried a 285 or 295 rear tire? I would assume 285 is pushing it, and 295+ would require rolling the fender.

I'm pretty sure you could go with a 285/30 in the rear with the right offsets.

i'm sure 285 wil fit in the rear with the right rim and offset. I think 295 could fit with proper setup as well.

Do the sedan and coupe have different rear wheel wells/different spacing requirements? Looks like the sheetmetal is different. Maybe more room in the coupe than the sedan?

Really don't want to roll the fenders.

One member, I think it was FrankG35, or something along those lines is running 285/30/19's on his sedan on Volk GT-7's.
