hello OEM forged WHEELs In dirty weather and tires

hey people i got a 6 speed 05 coupe and the weather been around 1-2 degrees celsius candian the forged wheels will they ever get scratched or they perrty strong and the tires should be ok in this rainy wet pebble season right? my wheels are soo dirty right now with little pebbles inside them but should be okay ?
