tires of choice

I've had Toyo in the past, but not the T1R, they got a little noisey,
but not the worst I've heard.
If you want quiet...
I went to Michelin PS2s last summer,
they are by far the quietest hi perfmance tire I've ever had.
Great wet & dry grip too.
The only down side is they're not cheap.
I've also heard good things about the Goodyear F1
but not the worst I've heard.

I've had performance tires by Toyo, Bridgestone, BF Goodrich and Michelin on other cars. However I have no experience with other brands on the G besides OE Michelin Pilot Sports. They are very predictable in both wet and dry and probably and seem fairly quiet to me. Tire wear for a summer max performance tire seems quite good too. Expensive- yes. Previous Toyos and Bridgestones I had were bad concerning tire life.
