Toyo T1R's 275/30/20 rears, 245/35/20 fronts. But that might be what you're already running.
That's my setup, except for the rear wheel is 20x10.5 but I'm pretty sure it fits on the 20x10. Best bang for the buck for performance, comfort, protection in my opinion.
It shouldn't cost you more than $1k for that setup.
Camber kits cost less than the tires, so it might be a good investment.
If Toyo's aren't your flavor, try Nitto NT 555 or BF Goodrich.

The 275/30 20 is the rigth size, however you can get 285/30 20 for added protection, please get a camber kit, this will help you keep your tires longer, as they will wear the whole tire as to the 25% that they mostlikely are now.
For your car, a camber kit is an A Arm replacement, you can choose from many different manufactures; this has been discussed quite a bit. Which one you need really depends on how bad your camber is, CUSCO would be one of the most affordable, however is very limited in terms of add positive camber.
Heres a tread that has some good discusses about A Arms

winters here and so is salt on the streets, i have alot of camber on my toyos ti-s i dont wanna buy new wheels and then destroy them in the winter
anycase regardless of my situation i know that the toyos are directional but would it be possible to swap the tire from my :
left front wheel and put it on my right front wheel and ride on it for a little.
the outside of my tire says right on the sidewall but does it say left on the innersidewall of that same tire?

I've been checking and will probably go with same setup as on my Z:
255/30/20 front
285/30/20 rear
Anyone else running a 255 on the front of their G35 coupe?
Thanks,
Ron

26.8 in the front and 27.5 in the rear is a FAT SET UP and you will not have an issue with VDC. This set up is similar to 245-35-19 (25.8) in the front and 275-35-19 (26.5) in the rear. As long as front and rear increased in similar increments, you will not have an issue with VDC. I think you will have an issue with VDC if you run all 4 wheels at same/similar size.
255/35/20 & 285/30/20 is the way to go. I've had this setup for 6 months and no issues at all with VDC. When you first get them on, the VDC will come on for a few seconds and then it will adjust to the new size. I promise.
