Tire Dilemma

So I bought some new tires about 6 months back to replace my worn out Pilot Sports. I replaced them with Pilot Sport/AS
Here is the problem- and I am sure you have probably figured it out already- my lack of research on the front replacements caused me to make a bad decision on the rear tires. Mivcelin does not make a Pilot Sport /AS in the same front size as OEM.

So do I
A) Replace all 4 tires with 4 matching tires.
B) Buy Michelin Pilot Sport/AS tires in 245/40-18 - which will minimize the offset but keep the diameter nearly the same to minimize confusion from the VDC but likely change the handling characteristics ( I really dont want to do that)
c) Replace the front tires with something that I can also eventually replace the back tires with- without changing the offset.
D) Call Michellin and complain

K,

I had to get another username!

You can always buy my 20' DPE's since I'm selling my car!

You already know what they will look like on your car! LOL

B. Less understeer and more neutral handling.

Sup Ant. I'm not sure if I want to go w/ 20's. I like the way they look but I would like to keep the lower gearing effect of a smaller diameter and lower unsprung weight (unless the DPE's are lighter). I also don't know if I have it in the budget right now- How much are you trying to let them go for?

Interesting- not the first time I've heard that. So you actually have 245's on the front? How do they look on the car compared to the 225's?
Do you get any oversteer when you are on it hard?
thanks

I have 245-40s on the front. (Different make, but irrelevant to my point.) I like the look of the 245s better than the 225s. The 225s slope in from the rim - always looked goofy to me. Like the wheel was too wide for the tire. The fuller look of the 245 tire looks better, in my mind.
