need help with tires..

Hello G35 owners,

am new here and i have a question about the tires,
my babe completed a year yesterday, and i need to change the tires,, but i always drive on highways for long distances..

the stock tires(Bridgestone) are tooooooooo noisy for me, i can't stand them , so i need to change them to quiet and comfortable ones .. the most important thing for me is comfort, so please advise me with the best tires to fix on the G35..

the most quiet and comfortable ones ..

If price is no object, you might want to try a set of Michelin Pilot Sports PS2. I would recommeng Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3s, but they don't come in the exact sizes for front and rear. If you were willing to run a 225/35-19 on the front, you could use the Goodyears. They give an excellent ride and are pretty quiet.

If you want to keep your speedo accurate then you have to stick with the stock sidewall size. (40)

Not necessarily. The circumference of any tire will vary with its width and profile and will even vary in tires of the same stated size but different brands.

With respect to the Bridgestones, they are probably the most compliant tire you can buy with our stock size. The michelins are going to be a better tire in terms of performance, but might be more harsh due to better tire communication and response charateristics. As far as I know we have five stock size tire choices with the 19in wheels. I believe all of those choices would be more aggressive than the stock tires. The best option IMHO would be to get 18in wheels since the tire choices are greater and you have more sidewall to absorb impacts.
