Spirited driving with winter tires

hey guys,
I've been wondering about this for a while. I have the 19" OEM with Blizzak LM-25 225/245. If i drive spiritedly with these, how much speed do I lose both in the low end, mid-end, and high end. (low, mid and high end in terms of speed, not engine speed)

I have ideas that are contradicting each other. First of all, I thought about winter tires having more grip in the wet, so during wet weather, I should benefit from a roll and from a stop.

Second, will I lose traction if it was dry?

Basically, I don't have much idea on this topic, can somebody shine some light on this please?

Thanks in advance

Last time I went for a spirited drive with my Blizzaks, I almost spun out... in the dry. With the summer tires, you can feel the limit as you are approaching it. With the blizzaks, by the time you feel the limit, it's already too late.

That's been my experience.

thanks for sharing your experience. But I'm still wondering about the grip and traction of winter tires in various conditions vs. that of summer tires on straights.

i'm afraid to test the limits on my wintersport m3 tires. they aren't as grippy for sure. in the rain they seem a little safer but i guess i dont drive spirited in the rain anyways.
