20" rims, tires and VDC

I have a 05 coupe, and I was looking into getting some 20" rims, 8.5 front 9.5 back. The offsets are 20mm front and 35 back. (No brembo)

After some research i decided to go with Falken Azenis ST115 tires because they are quiet and have good wear rating. The problem is that they dont make a 275/30/20 tire, but they do make a 275/35/20.

My question is this:
Would it be ok to have a 245/35/20 & 275/35/20 set up? Or would the VDC just go nuts on me?

I like the idea of having a little more "meat" on the back tire. With 275/30/20 the back tire is actually a TINY bit smaller then the front.

Does anyone know if there would be rubbing? The car is not lowered.

Assuming there is no change in the ECU from 03 to 05. You can alwasys take it back to have the dealer set your new tire diameter to have you VDC work correctly.

6MT Brembo Coupe
VDC will be happier with 275/35/20
