Paint or Powder coat???

What is the best way to colour forged rims??? I hear powder coating from one person, and then another says that if i powder coat i will bend my rims... Any help would be appreciated thanks.

def powder coating.......look better and last longer........i never heard that it bends rims.....make sure you go to a good shop though
