Well, I ordered the Michelin PS2 19", from Tire rack for just under $1200 for the set. OUCH.

Hope they are as good as everyone says they are. I want performance on par with the REO50's but a quieter/longer lasting tire.

 

I just ordered the Michellin PS2 245/40/19 (only need the rears) from Costco online for $301 (price includes installation and tire warantee).
My rears are now completely bald at 27k miles.

 

The 06 get better tire wear right?

 

27k? What the hell am I doing wrong, i'm going bald at 13k

 

Nothing. The rears on my G are getting pretty bald at 19k. I could go longer, probably to 25k but the road noise and handling were getting horrible.

 

i have almost 15k on my stock potenzas and it looks as though, i have near 50% tread wear remaining

i'd say 75% of the time i'm driving conservatively and the other 25% i'm driving aggressively, quick turns, pealing out for launches etc.
