I have the Michelin Pilots that came stock on the 18's in 04 and I have about 9700 miles on them and they still have a little less than half tread. I like them and thay are not noisy yet like people have said they are. I like the way the slide predictibly.

For all around driving, wet or dry I enjoy my Michelins P/S 2's. Low noise, great traction and
they look good.

Go with kdw2's. Way better than the stock pilots for dry/wet traction. The are louder though.

I will swear by the BFG G-force KDW II I get all kinds of "GRIPTION" <--
Plus it's a sick aggresive looking tire.

What's your take on the noise level of the KDW2?

Well honestly right off the bat the tires were I would say from 1-10 about a 6
But it was because they were brand new. After about a week or two the noise dropped down to about a 4. But when these tires warm up they are amazing. when you "BLIP" the tires the car literally jumps out when you hit the next gear. I love them. Time for me to buy some new rear tires though.
if you know what I mean

New Tires Again!!

I originally posted the question on which tires people thought where better. I like the Bridgestones more than the other ones i have now. I currently am running with the Michelins. I will not be using these again. They are okay, But they dont seem to get sticky enough for me. I'm not sure how long you have to be driving for before they start to get good traction. I live in san diego and it rains like 2 weeks out of the year. So i dont care about all weather but do care about traction. I have done lots of research and will deffinitly be getting the KDW II. These are the ultimate tire. A little bit of road noise but I doubt i will hear it since i listen to my stereo really loud. + their are other things in the engine that make a lot of noise.

Thank You All for the great Ideas!!
