18 vs. 19 inch rims?

My 2005 5AT sedan (non-sport susp.) will soon get new shoes and I am unsure which size to get. My car is an everyday driver going 14k-18k miles per year on a variety of road types. It will probably never see a track or street race and will occasionally carry the wife and 2 year old.
I am considering a small drop, but like the current quality. What experiences have you had with 18 vs 19's?

19s...no question....I even think that my 19s look to small.

I have 19s and mine is my daily driver. I live in jersey where the roads are horrible. I have no problems whatsoever. My 19s are even looking kind of small. If I had the choice again I would have probably went with 20s

Thanks for the input. Have you lowered yours yet? If so, what springs did you use and how has it changed the ride quality?
