Stillen Sway Snapped

Has anyone else ever broken their front sway bar? I did and I have no idea how I could of possibly cracked that thick of a bar.

Where did it snap? Pics? Maybe a manufacturing defect? It should have bent before snapping

Short of hitting an object previously and fracturing the bar, I've never heard of a bar cracking under normal use. I would imagine that yo uwould have damage to the plastic underbody cover if you hit something. Additionally, I can't imagine putting enough torque on the bar to crack it without the end links snapping first.
I suggest putting your OEM sway back up front and take pics of the bar to send to Stillen and see if they or the retailer want the bar returned regarding possible warranty. Have you contacted Stillen yet?

Post pics later tonight -- its in my trunk right now. Looked and if I hit something that bottom platic would of been destroyed, and its fine. It snapped right at the curve of the bar before it "L's" toward the end links.

Contacting stillen later today.....

I have heard of endlinks breaking, but a sway bar?? That is some kind of pressure to break something that thick.
