Slotted Brakes Squealing

Morning guys. I put some drilled/slotted brakes on my 05 X about 2 months ago. I looked at all the pads theyre looking fresh. They recently started squeaking when i apply the brake and its starting to annoy the **** out of me, especially since i just replaced my wheel bearings due to noise. I jacked the car up on all 4 stands and put it in drive. I strangely noticed that my front left wheel is spinning extremely slow in comparison to the right wheel (pointed straight). Also when I apply some brake, the right front wheel stops spinning but the left is stop-go-stop-go. Also my bake left brake is spinning even with the E-brake on, but I think I just need to adjust the actual drum (I messed with it while putting the new rotor on that one). I bled the front right brake to see if it was air in the system but it only released liquid. Any ideas? I'm not an expert on brakes or anything. I was just able to put them and the rotors on myself.
