Decision help

After hours and hours of research ive finally decided to get a G35. Ive looked through as much info as i possibly could and have figured out what i want

Budget: 10k and no more than 110k miles

Requirements: AT Sedan with a black interior and 04 or newer. My first choice of color is IP i love it but its near impossible to find an IP with black interior so i may settle for BO exterior

One thing ive read about is the oil consumption issue in 05s and newer. At first i decided to go with just an 04 but after realising how difficult it is to find a car with my requirements i thought about adding 05s and 06s. I would rather not get an 05+ with the OC issue but it makes my search a lot easier. Should i worry about getting an 05+ and just get an 04 or would i be fine with an 05+.Thanks for the help hopefully it wont be long before im driving my new G home

P.S. Its completely ok to tell me im being too picky and that its just a used car i understand, only having 10k limits me a little.

Oil consumption is with 6mt vehicles only (2005-2006 Sedan, 2005-2007 Coupe). Since you are going with autotrajic you won't run into any oil consumption issues due to revup design / piston rings. I would still recommend a pre purchase inspection and try to go for 2005 or 2006 personally over the 2003-2004 design. As always I would recommend a 6mt but that is a totally different thread.
