the job was done by mechanic at a workshop, the new diff bushings with parts number: Whiteline Polyurethane Diff bushings KDT911 were installed, the old diff bushings which are silicon filled leaked this black liquid, the car is only driven 20,000 miles so i didnt get the oil changed as it was not needed.
the kit came with a sub frame bushings as well as diff upper and lower bushings. the whine is only on low speed and not on high speed...after more research i found that Polyurethane Diff bushings are harder then oem bushings and tend to give off a slight whine when car is slowing down, i also read that solid make even more whine and noise.

I would concur. Poly bushings tend to be a little firmer than OEM. SO you get better response in handling and such, but the trade off is an increase in NVH (noise, vibration, harshness). Just something to think about when selecting bushing materials.
Unfortunately you may have to live with it, or change back to OEM bushings.
