I have an IP so it was easy for me to notice these rusts. Everybody should know about this and instect their cars.
Unfortunately, I called them already with a disappointment. They stated that the warranty will only work if the rust is through the paint. Meaning that there should be rusty holes through the body for them to honor the warranty.
I specifically asked them that they would let me drive around with rusty body on my car. I told them that would be a bad advertisement for them. The rep told me that that was the warranty rules. And then I just end up hanging up on her. What a disappointment.

I had B-pillar rust on my 2003. It took a bit of arguing but Infiniti eventually stepped up and replaced all 4 doors. Pictures in the link:

Ohh wow, that's pretty bad...basically the same thing that happened on mine but way way less than that...I just had a couple of small bubbles on each side on the B-pillars...yours is in really bad shape, I would be really surprised if they didn't cover that under the extended 10 yr warranty specifically for this area even if you bought it used.
Two and a bit years later since I had all four door shells replaced and mine is showing signs of it happening again. I really don't want to go back again cause now I have dynamat in the doors, component speakers and my crossover mounted and holes drilled in the molex connectors to pass speaker wire through and black vinyl over the chrome trim on the outside. I will probably wait until it gets a lot worse before going back to the dealer

It is just impossible to have such bad service. I makes no sence... The service manager told me to bring in my car in the used car lot garage so I do that. In the mean time some salesman comes and bitches at me, saying that they need to go in and out all the time. The guys gives me such attitude I ****ing lose it. I told the guy to **** off, that I didn't just open the garage door myself and decided to put my car there and to spare me his god damn attitude. I am still pissed the **** off at this. Problem is the clossest other dealership is like 30 min away! I need to write up a letter and send it in to the owner of the dealership because it's just unacceptable.

That rust is exactly what mine looked like. If you peel back the weather stripping on the door you will probably see that it is rusting from inside the weld.
I fought with Infiniti dealers in Detroit, Pittsburgh and Houston for years before they agreed to do anything about it. Typical response was from the service reps was "Yep, it's rusty. But it hasn't rusted through yet".
