Engine Click on idle
I have done so much googling for engine clicking noises and have came up with a ton of results including non Nissan ester oil, fuel injectors, spark plugs, knock, engine belts, dad's belt, a squirrel, etc.
I'm having a rough time pin pointing it down to what exactly the noise is so I am hoping someone on here might know or had the same issue and knows how to fix it.
I tried to get a video of it. You can faintly hear it in the background. If nobody can hear it i'll try and make another video.
It happens anytime the engine is either at idle or low RPMs (parking lot driving). It does not seem to happen when the car is in park, just drive and reverse. Happens every time I drive the car.
It is a 2007 Infiniti G35x VQ35HR with 164,000 miles on the vehicle.
Thank you!!

Have you ever had the P0011 code? I guess what I'm getting at is if you have replaced your oil gaskets behind the front timing cover. When I had my code and had my low oil pressure problems, I can hear my timing chain vibrating/banging against the sides because the tensioners did not have enough pressure on the chain and it sounded similar. It also happens at near idle and low rpms, for me between 1800 and 2000 rpm.

I've never had any type of code, let alone the P0011 code. However, I have had an oil gasket replaced a couple years ago as it was leaking.
