DRL Disabling for 2005 sedan Guide
Hello, wanna share my quick write up, since I wasn't able to find any info on this, how I managed to disable DRL's on my Canadian sedan 2005. This is my way of doing and it worked just fine for me
1- disconnect the DRL module, next to power steering reservoir in my case(throw it away, if it's defective)
2- cut off two those two connectors ( I have not done it, kind of optional)
3 - solder two pairs of two sets of wires together, and make sure they are well isolated with electrical tape - Black and Yellow Green ; Blue and Light Green. (all these 4 wires are part of 1 connector, just to make sure)
4- Isolate and secure with tire up all the left over mess.
Make sure all DRL related Rellays and Fuses are in place and working,
Hope this helps, any questions are welcomed! Thank you

Well I did it because, my DRL module was faulty, and most of the time was turning on only RH bulb, was kind of annoying and I didn't feel like investing in a new one, so I'd rather turn on parking lights manually.

I wonder if it can be added to US cars?

I believe it could, but by looking at both lightning wiring diagrams US/CA, makes me thinking it could be the pain in the ***. And I wasn't able to find any used modules around my area, and theres no point in doing so, a lot of people complain on those anyways...
