Lamps are H3 format (the shortest one), 4200K with two Mitsumi ballasts.







Now, it's AMAZINGLY bright when backing at night

They are actually brighter than stock bulbs even at first 10 seconds, because they are 35W vs stock 16W. And after 30 seconds they are EXTREMELY bright

 

hahaha, are you actually gonna keep those bulbs on? They are super bright.

 

Yeah, I have a warranty on the lamps and ballasts for a year, so i'm gonna keep them!

 

WOW! those should be illegal cause you can blind anyone with those!
On the other hand it could be a nice little surprise if you could wire it separately to a switch and turn it on if someone tailgates or annoys you (But seriously though dont do that)

question: any melting issues of the tail lamp housing? Can you look inside and see if any of the inner liner is peeling or anything?

 

In my opinion, it's over kill. I don't mind having brighter reverse lights- but I don't know about that.

mines is also a red g. good color choice!!

yours seem brighter mine just go out straight far out and yours go all around i guess. maybe its my pic difference here are mine i had.

 

damn you guys must be half blind if you bright reverse lights like that.
