Yes it's an HD fiberglass trunk. Unfortunately it was damaged in shipping which are taking care of. We do not make the hd parts just sell them. Unfortunately we do not refund upon buyers remorse. Customer asked for a HD trunk and received one but unfortunately was damaged and that will be taken care of. Anyone has questions feel free to ask.

Lol. Op is kicking the dog. Blaming the supplier when it's clearly the shipping company's fault. You did good bud.

Stephen is one of, if not, the most trust worthy and stand up body-vendors on the forums these days.

I have bought plenty of parts from R1 and only regret spending money lol great customer service and excellent prices! Ignorant to blame the supplier and not the shipping company!

The reason why I was asking on the fiberglass, was one of the pics just looks like it needs sanding haha... R1 is one of the best places to do business with... The shipping company broke it so the shipping company will fix it... When I sell something out of my store, if it has a warranty through a different company you need to work it out with ________ company... Say luggage if its Recardo... Wheel falls off they come to me I say the warranty is through Recardo... they work it out with them... If its my private label luggage then I take care of them on the spot... Thats just business.Sorry your going through this though. When I bought a fiberglass bumper it came cracked. Fiberglass is brital..

I am disappointed my refund is pending ups's approval. I payed R1 for a product to be delivered to me. I didn't pay UPS. Who r1 uses to ship and how they package there products is not up to me. R1 should refund myself and then pursue UPS to get there money back. Thats simple business. I hired R1 not UPS (they hired UPS). I know my company spends tons of money on r & d on how to properly ship there products without being damaged upon arrival to the customer. We even have a whole team of packaging engineers. I am not saying R1 needs all that; however, clearly it needs more than a little bit of bubble wrap to protect the merchandise. Every location the lid was wrapped in bubble wrap was damaged. Just saying a little responsibility and good business practice goes a long way.
