Taking apart the steering wheel is easy. Make sure you have the temper resistant torx bits and a friend to hold the steering wheel while you ratchet off the big nut holding it together. I had to take mine apart because the rubber material was scuffing off from he previous owner.
Just sold it today but if i can grab another one, anyone interested?
