Umm, I don't think it will, honestly. That's just my opinion. Nothing against you, just my different taste. It just reminds me of cars that I see on the road badged as cars that they are not. The other day I saw a Nissan Altima Coupe with GTR badges all around it. It looked pretty stupid. Also, how are you going to explain to people that you have the only IPL G35 in the world?

But I'm just gonna do it just cause i know people like you will disagree with the idea of havin a car badged when it didn't come from the factory with it on. I really wouldn't have to explain anything to anyone because i already know what the performance factors are associated with my rizzide
.
Exactly my point. No matter what you do to a 335i, it will never be an M3. They are two different cars.
Wouldn't you rather people wonder what you have done to your car? Such as performance upgrades, body kit, etc. instead of thinking it's stock? I just know that I would rather people notice the effort and time I would put into my car.

People will respect you knowing what hard work you put into a project, but on that note other may envy you and hate.. you cant control that.. I alway look at my projects as a work of art no matter what is done to it. But best believe im not gonna do dum off the wall crap like put GTR on a Sentra..

Now a Altima with a GTR badge is just plain BS and dum as FUC, IPL is different because 1st off the letters "I" and P" represent what you have. "I" which stands for Infiniti and P = Performance go together no matter how u look at it.

Well for your information i started out with a BMW M3.. modded the F out of my car.. I was thinking about doing a reverse badge and calling it a 325I..lmao i wonder what people would think then..

I have another thought towards this: What looks a lot better on the road and would make you feel better? A G35 that you modded to your tastes and specs? This would be a G35 that is probably faster than most and looks very clean. Or a G35 that is modded to your tastes and specs but has an IPL badge on the back? People who do not know Infinitis well might think you're driving a stock performance car. This means they would not notice that you put a lot of time and effort into your car. They would think that you went over to Infiniti and picked up a quick car. You wouldn't want that, would you?

I would LOVE (and DO love) the fact that none of my co-workers and most people don't know anything is done to my car. I went for OEM + "style" (I guess it's a movement now) and I think I hit it. I love people thinking...damn that's a stock Inifiniti?! The people who know, and can appreciate the subtle changes I have made carry more weight than any schmo off the street to me. Also the effect is multiplied to the avg joe when I do get the chance to park next to a stock G35 coupe...that's when the questions start flowing

I think this is gonna look GOOD
Not to add to the controversy but the engine cover is really cool. Mine is damaged and I was about to shell out $100 for a replacement. Why not make it look a little cooler? Especially under my Cusco strut bar (thanks Charles at b2autodesigns) flanked by Stillen dual intakes.
If you still have the engine cover for $240, I'll take it.
