350z Carbon Fiber engine cover

Purchased from another member on here... used it for a few months now I'm polishing everything so I don't need it. Has scuff on front from oem intake duct and scuff on left side only noticable up close.

it wont fit if i have a plenum spacer and mrev2 will it? NVM.
