well...just my 2 cents; but for the picky ppl on the board, you better be ready with those two info, especially the offset. I can have sth like +45 and fits a sedan (which someone thinks too tucked in) or i can have sth like +30.. and rolled my fender (which will rub on ppl without the fender rolled)

But you started out well with the photos, kudos!
I believe you would be able to sell that for sure.. I am just trying to help, since they at least look GOOD to me

Hey, aren't you too young to be giving out technical info?
Remember, you asked for it.
Seriously though, your concerns and suggestions are great. Age has little to do with knowleged. It has more to do with driving an ATM.
BTW, great looking set of rims.

with the info you have and the lip size / offset I approximate from the pics that you show, I would say it is VERY close ... on the edge of rubbing I guess. Since the stock 18 on the coupe should just clear the brembos, while your setup has a similar offset with the coupe 18s.. but with some lip: which means less clearance fro the brembos

np, but imo, it will be very close to a point that.. it is definitely worth your time to find a brake caliper template or a real car to test it out =)
