Damn, James you still got these????? I can't believe this! FULL COILOVER set for $500 *OBO* and NOBODY has yet to grab em? Jesus christ! They're a bit stiff, but people are going crazy over Tein Flex which are only a tad bit softer than these! If you track, which is why those individuals consider something like tein flex, I would get these coils over the tein ANYDAY for not even half the price!
I'm almost tempted to sell off my new HKS Hipermax RS that i just purchased brand new, with well under 500 miles on em, and grab these. Seriously tempting. Even Tein BASICS go for more than $500! *rant rant rant*
GET THESE!!!! James, my post may make you look bad or something, but I just had to say it bro. I don't know you, so I'm not trying to help you sell them or anything. I'm guessing this post might have negative effect, and forgive me if that's the case. I'll delete it if you want me to. (I'm the one who called you about the carbon fiber hood the other day, if you remember... we talked for a while, then i saw your car's pic and we were talking about the wrong hood the whole time! lol)
I just can't believe people are refusing to buy these when they jump on crappy eibach lowering springs and can't stop humping it when they're paying $150! PLUS they need to buy shocks which will cost them over $350 EASILY.
I'm not sure just HOW stiff the ride is on these coils, but damn I'm gonna consider selling my HKS. Hey james do you have these on your car? I'll drive down to ktown if you can give me a ride in em. (If they're still on that is.) I might go drifting a lot more than I thought I would, but these coils look beefy enough to take the beating over my HKS, which feel more right for street use. I thought the HKS were perfect at mid setting, but at the moment, I find them way too soft for my taste. I haven't tried em on very stiff yet, but I'll see how it is tomorrow. I know my daily driving setting will be on past medium for sure, and more towards the stiffest setting, and even stiffer on the track. Maybe the RS wasn't a good choice for me.
But I'll see how it is tomorrow. If you still got your coils, hook a brotha up with killer price if I do end up wanting yours!
I'll let you know by Sunday, or Monday.
