Superdude is selling stolen parts! Beware!

There was some posts about this a few weeks ago. Justin Atwal-AKA Superdude, appraoched our shop(Speed Force Racing) for a sponsership back in June of this year. He wanted a twin turbo system and an intake manifold for his G35. We agreed to a partial sponsership. He made an initial deposit and then made another deposit shortly after that. There was a deadline for a Magazine shoot and we had not been fully paid for the items he ordered so I figured that he would hold to his end of the bargain. So we shipped the parts using a UPS account number he had, without being paid the balance. Normally we will not do this but I made an exception because we wanted our parts on his car which was supposed to be on the cover of CarSound and Performance magazine. To make a loing story short, he got the parts, never paid for them and then on top of that, he disputed all the shipping charges through UPS and left us with a nice $387 shipping bill which was supposed to be covered by his account. So right now we are owed $4845 (yes you are paying full retail now Justin) on this turbo system and another $387 for shipping. On top of that he is trying to sell these partially paid for (stolen according to the police) parts on these forums. So at this point I filed a police report. So there is offically a police report on this matter at this time(in case you read this Justin). Grand theft buddy! So I wanted everyone to be aware of the situation and I would strongly reccomend against doing business with this person. If anyone knows the whereabouts of these parts, this person or anything to do with this case, please contact us immediately at 619-328-4012 or 619-249-5101.Thanks.There will be a reward for any information leading to the arrest and conviction of Justin Atwal.

I will back Tim up 100% on this story...Several months prior, This guy contacted us to sponsor him for the install.Of course we blew him off and never heard from him again. But then I Get a call from Tim one day, inquiring as to if we did the work on this guys car.:icon8: So now I remember the initial Email the guy sent us, and put 2+2 together.. Apparently, I come to find out, this guy has been going around telling people that WE did the work on his car, when in fact, we never met him, nor seen his car.
To further substanciate this, I get a call one day from a guy asking about a G-35 we supposidly worked on, that he was thinking of buying. As soon as he mentioned the SFR kit, I recalled this whole incident and told the guy the parts on that car were in fact in dispute, with SFR, and we never did work on the car.
A few weeks later, this kid tried to sell all the parts on G35 driver, so I alerted everyone to beware of him and his parts, as it would ultimatly lead to the police confiscating the parts as evidence and possible charging the reciever with recieving stolen property. Of course, I got flamed for this on G35driver and the thread was eventually deleated..:icon8:
This kid is in fact a scam artist, and will be arrested and charged with Theft, CC fraud, and recieving stolen property.
Tim, give me a call and let me know who is handeling the case, I will make a few phonecalls to a few friends I have in the State Police and FBI. Since he did use Stolen CC it becomes a Federal fraud case in some cases. This guy, to say the least, is F'd...

Do you really think he is going to go to prision for like 20 years or something?
No, hell get off completely with some probation or something.!! Crimes like that dont get much time or any time of that matter.!! The only way to really give it to him hard is to catch his a$$ out there and handle your business.!! Dont just think this kid that tried me and a few others on this forum is going to a real prision because of some punk a$$ cc fraud or trying to scam someone.!!! Im sorry to say but it doesnt work like that in the real world.!! Or in this fkd up society and goverment we live in.Dont get me wrong..i wish he would go away for that long All it will be for him is a big inconvience and hell be out in less than 30 min after he goes in.!! Your best bet is to let it go or be happy that he got locked up for 30 min.!! And guess what...Back out on the street doing it again and again.!! He is just a petty hustler that thinks he is big **** by comming on this forum trying to bag a few buks out of other people.!! He didnt get me and i hope nobody did any business with him.!! Thats just the way america is...and its messed up that it has to be like this for the rest of us.!! put it this way...a guy rapes a little girl and gets only 8 months...then another guy sells a gram of crack and gets 15 to life.!! You tell me where justice is.!! Its all because we live in a so called country called america.!!! then again this is jmho.!!

First off, why would you front him the engine when he didn't fully pay you for it? It sounds fishy to me but, I don't think you are telling the whole story. Sounds like you agree to sponsor him but, either it fell through or you changed your mind or whatever and now you want full payment for it. Cause like I said, why would you front him the turbo? If you've been doing business for a while, and even if you haven't, like MRC said, you should of blown him off. Second, I don't see anything on the first thread about stolen credit cards being used so, this is simply a case of he said, she said. And since you were dumb enough to front him the engine, why would authorities assume he "stole" it or conned you? For that he would of never given you his real name and other details... Sounds like you got F'd and now you just trying to get back at him. Cause why didn't you post up sooner about this? I don't know, this sounds kinda fishy to me!!! And by the way, like the other guy said, best bet is beating his ***. He hasn't even said anything and his story sounds better than yours. Furthermore, just cause you file a police report doesn't mean he has a warrant out or that the parts are considered "stolen"!!! Just means you filed a report stating what you believe happened to you. Doubt they are gonna press charges just on what you say and before speaking to Justin. Also, I'm sure the police are scratching there heads saying what an idiot you are and that you deserve it!!!

By the way, I'm looking for sponsorship, along with a few friends of mine, were gonna be in the movie Fast and Furious 18, can you spot me a twin turbo setup and suspension? Need it cause shooting is gonna start in a few days. Thanks!!!
