If these wheels are hubcentric to the Lexus, they won't fit to a G (Nissan).

I dont see why these wouldnt fit a gsedan...

oem coupe 19's are 19x8 +30 in the front. 1/2" = approx 12.5mm ~ 6.25mm more on the inside and 6.25mm more on the outside of the wheel. Can someone with a sedan running coupe 19's tell me if there is 6.25mm more space on the outside?

I know my car should fit 19x8.5 +30 easily, but I have a bit more neg camber than stock.

+1 beware of custom wheels made specifically for a lexus - their bore size is smaller than our nissans.
