FS: Brand New Pioneer AVIC-Z2

Whoever wants a double din setup, heres the mother of them all. Well not really but its one of the top dogs out now. Many people on this forum have the Z1, so whoever doesn't, here you go. One up them. Basic specs, um it is an indash GPS, cd, dvd player. There is a 30gb hdd and half of that is for the maps. You can burn songs onto the hard drive itself so you don't have to search for cds. In my opinion the screen menus and maps are the nicest I've seen for a double din. The unit is bluetooth and ipod compatible. I don't have those. This is a brand new unit. Never installed. I'm only asking for $1,800 shipped. I can take more pics if anybody wants me too. But you should be able to see everything that came with it. It even smells new. Awesome. No more ranting by me. Someone buy it. Give it a good home.

Do you have to play music to burn it onto the HD like with the Eclipse one?

I believe you can rip it a 4x the playing speed while listening to a song. So its not ripped in real time like the Eclipses, which can take forever.

That is the #1 reason I got rid of my 5495. It was not worth it to put music on the hard drive when an iPod works so much better and faster.

True. But its always another option you have if you want. Personally I don't really like leaving my iPod in the car. But it is easier if you want to buy the attachment I guess.
