is there any welding needed and where are you located?

 

you have to have a pipe welded onto your exhaust, kinda like a 6 inch y-pipe, to bolt this to. you can buy the pipe for a few dollars, and it shouldnt cost much to have it welded on. the piece of pipe in the picture is the outlet that bolts to the other side to blow the exhaust towards the ground. im in alabama.
