FS/T Built 350z Greddy TT 496 rwhp

Before people tell me to post this in a Z forum, I already did... The cars are very closely related and I have had a couple G35 people interested in a trades so I figured I would post it here too. I am contemplating selling or trading this car due to some unforeseen financial issues. The ulimate goal is to free up about 10 - 15k so please do not offer trades of vehicles above 25k unless you still want to give me $10k on top of it. So yes, I am open to the idea of trading for another car. I truely love this car and which my situation was better and that I did not have to get rid of this amazing machine.

The car is the stock Nissan 350z Lemans Sunset Orange. It is a base model (the lightest) 03 with extremely low miles. In the pics below you will see some chrome wheels. I got rid of them and replaced them with a lighter, more aggressive setup. (I am at work and don't have a ton of pictures here) It currently has the wheels and tires that are displayed on the Maroon car. I also have the stock 18's with tires. There are 16k original miles one the car and under 2k miles on the engine, turbos, etc… This car runs and idles as smoothly as stock yet has double the power of a stock 350z. It extremely quiet under normal driving conditions, however, when you hit full boost and the wastegates vent out through the open dumps and it sounds extremely loud and mean. It is the perfect combination. It produced 496 rwhp (rear wheel horsepower) at 16 PSI with 478 foot pound of torque on normal pump gas. Despite the car's insane horsepower, it still manages to get 27-28 miles per gallon when you are not running it hard. This is a true 500hp reliable daily driver. Everything has been installed professionally so it is an ultra clean job. Pics of the build are avialable through this link.

It has been raining so I can only post build pics right now. Sorry. More pics of the whole car will follow once I get a semi clear day.

The engine came from turbokits.com. I bought the first one they ever sold. I later found out that the shortblock actually came from Speed Force Racing in CA. Then as for the build and install, Raceline of Cincinnati assembled the engine and put everything in the car. The initial tune was performed at Raceline in Cincinnati. They produced the 496 hp number on 16-17 PSI. with a conservative tune. This was Raceline's first experience with tuning a 350z and their first time using the U-Tec EMS. I have to say Raceline did a great job. However, with it being their first time with both, I wanted a second opinion on the car. I took it to Dave Shiroma from Function Tuned in Virginia. He is extremely experienced in the U-tec and the 350z/G35's and was actually impressed with Raceline’s tune. So it is not just me that was impressed with the ability of this local shop. Dave mainly changed the timing from being so conservative and was able to put down 486 @ 14 PSI. We could have raised the boost even further, get a high pump gas HP and then switch to race gas for a 600+ whp number, but my goal was to have 450 WHP so I was quite satisfied. Especially since both hp figures were off low reading dyno’s (mustang and dyno dynamics.) I also did not want to spend another $200 on a hotel room either just to have a high number to brag about. Finally, I also had a good friend in Daytona Beach who is Airplane Mechanic / car tuner look over they tune and he felt very confident that it was a rock solid tune with 100% daily driver characteristics. So basicly one shop has had their hands in the build of this car. The turbo kit, engine build, and everything was all installed at the same time by Raceline. And the tune has been under a magnifying glass!

PLEASE.... move this post to the domestic for sale section. If my lack of history or posts is the hold up, I have been a member of MY350z.com for quite some time. Thank you.

There are the exact wheels I have. Same size, offset, color, tires and everything. Only mine have the center caps! They are not on the car because this is an aggresive setup and I have been doing normal street driving lately.

I only ran it one time .... I wemt 13.0 @118.5... Not impressive at all. But to my defense. I was also only running 10 PSI which is about 400 hp and the car had a base open end diff. My lanch was good, but as soon as the turbos would spool it would spin through 1st and second. In third it really hooked up.

If I part out everything else. Then maybe. Otherwise they are staying on the car. THe wastegastes are very hard to get back in the stock greddy kit position. Thanks though.

I would probably want to sell everything together. Turbo kit, engine, utec, injectors, open dumps, etc... But who knows. If enough people are interested I may part it out. If somone was interested in the engine and had a stock one to trade for mine I would definately part out everything. But that option has not been presented yet.

Thanks for the interest.
