they would stick out about 10mm

 

run a 235/35/19 front and 265/35/19 rear, with -4.5 degrees of camber up front and -4 or more out back and they wont stick out at all

People already rub with the +18 offset GT-S wheels.

It can be done. Robzone did it with his vs-xx, just have to run enough negative camber and you can make pretty much anything fit.
