I know there are a lot of people that want to swap, and I have mine ready to do so.
It has less than 10k miles (it came off an '06), no leaks, no noise. I changed the fluid just before I installed it (I used synthetic fluid, don't remember which brand though).
I need your 3.3 VLSD (NO open diff) before I can remove mine. You're more than welcome to come over and swap, or if you'd like to ship, you're welcome to do that also.
Asking $200 + your good condition 3.3 VLSD. If shipping is necessary, we'll work out the details.

In a nutshell, it allows you to accelerate faster. The tradeoff is a slightly lower top speed (about 5 mph, I think). Really though, how often to you drive with your car topped out and when you do, is it really important that you are going that fast (run from the Highway Patrol much)?
You'll pick up about .2 seconds on the 1/4 mile.
