Takata 4 Point Harness Set/Pair

I bought these Babies brand spankin new for $900 from a vendor (who is a friend of mine, thus getting it at that price). Never been used or even tried on. Long story short...I owed an owner of a Sylvia money, he wanted Takata(s) in return...I bought it, but he fell from the face of the earth. Willing to let it go for $750 for the pair. Look at the pictures yourself, brand new guarantee. Prefer not to ship. Would ship for extra.

These are the LONG Versions (some place charge close to $700 for just one side...it's a steal).

Where are you located?

Also, what's the difference from these? Takata has em listed for $400 a side, MSRP.....

I'm in Boston, MA.

I don't know much about Takata's products to be honest. I bought it from a local vendor for $900, but it sells for about $1000+ there. To the best of my knowledge, the "Long Version" allows for it to attach without the use of a strut bar.

You can check Ebay and see that some vendors there sells it over $500/side.

Yea, I got what you're saying, but the manufacturer sells the long version for $400 a side, which means you should be able to get em even cheaper somewhere else. Also, FYI, you want the harnesses to be mount to a point about the height of your shoulders, or go over a bar that's that height. If you mount em to the floor behind your seat, or to the rear seat buckles (without a harness bar), you can severely compress your spine in a crash.....major safety issue if not run right.

Anyway, threadjacking done! The belts look awesome, and best of luck selling them!

That's more information than I intend for...All I want to do is sell these SOBs. If anyone is interested, then I'm sure that Baller who can afford something at this cost clearly know the significance of it (atleast better than I do)...I'm sure you all agree.

Maybe I got ripped off on my behalf, even then I'm willing to take a lost. $750 shipped is still a saving.

Long story was made short. I owed him money...I only have a credit card...he wanted Takata...I charged it. Called him, but his phone was disco...so I have the product in hand and have no idea how to get a hold of him.

What are you asking..."now he dont owe you money"???

Must we make this that difficult? Is the story that hard to comprehend?

Anyone interested in the story, please PM me.

Anyone interested in the product, please PM as well.

hey man, i don't want to ruin your sale, but JSC speed sells these for $360 (like someone said, they retail for $400 from Takata) each, thus being $30 less than what you're trying to sell them for. $700 each? Sorry man, not a chance. Which local place did you buy them from? Because you got ripped off You should return them if you can, but it sounds like you're just trying to get cash in exchange because all you have is a cc

At this point, I accept defeat...These kind of products will not be taken back for returns. Well, most aftermarket parts aren't eligible for returns.

Also, I wasn't trying to sell it for $700 each. It was for the pair.

I appreciate it that you're not trying to ruin my sales, but did anyways. To be quite honest, there's so many sales that can be "google" and have results of websites having ridiculously low prices.

Nonetheless if anyone wants to throw me an offer, shoot for it and pm me. I've given up on this thread!

Yeeeeeeeaaaaaa, ok sir.

It's not like Americans never buy Australian products. And for the note, the product was posted on an American based website.

Dude, I'm not twisting your arm to buy it. It's not like I'm ripping people off with the price I've offered.

If you're interested, buy it as is or offer a price etc.
