Yes, lower than just replacement springs, but the decent coilover setups will go as far as the car completely bottoming out. There's the difference, much less the ride/ stiffness/ adjustability/ trackability/ etc......Originally Posted by g35man04

yeah what you see are the tein basic coilovers. If your going to track your car alot then do not go with Tien Coilovers but if you want some functionality and looks then Tien are better bet for you...if your wanting Functionality of autocross etc what you see in the first post is a great buy!

^yeah well i wanted the dampening ability, and as you know basics dont have that...these are mine....if dut pm's me back soon

^yeah i know, i didn't have the funds at the time and the basics were the only coilovers i could afford and i got a great deal on them
