F/S c/f JS hood w/ IP accents (Bay Area)

I sold my G recently and the new owner didn't want the added attention of the c/f hood. So here it is.
**LOCAL PICKUP ONLY** (sorry)
$500obo

I've had the hood for a little over a year. The hood retails for $700+ plus the paint shop was $1000. The sides are painted IP, with a silver pinstrip spliting the IP and c/f, and the whole thing was clearcoated.
That brings the retail value to $1,700.

There is one small (~1/8") rockship on the passanger side (pic below). Not too noticable and easily touched up.

Feel free to PM with questions.

What's to stop water getting on the engine bay, I can't see any collector on the underside.

Nothing is needed. A hood is primarly for aerodynamics/aesthetics not to keep out rain. If a little water were a problem you'd never be able to drive over a puddle or have forward motion in the rain due to the oncoming water that comes through the grill. That said you'll want to make sure you'r external moving engine parts are properly lubricated.
I had the hood on for over a year with no problems. The biggest issue I had was occiosionally wiping down the engine cover from the dust.
If the extra moisture concerns you can always add on a baffel.

I no longer have the c/f grill; I included the grill with the car when I sold it.
It does help pull the whole thing together though. I'd recommend getting one.
