GT Spec rear lateral bar powdercoated gloss black $100 shipped

S O L D

This was on my '06 coupe. Initially had it powdercoated yellow to match some of my other suspension parts. It rubbed on one of the flanges on my HKS exhaust and scraped some of the powdercoat off. So, I had it recoated in gloss black and just picked it up today. No emblem. $100 shipped in 48 states and $90 with local pick-up in SoCal.

Pics below. Just picture gloss black with no logo plate. I always hated that lame metallic blue GT Spec uses anyway. Local pick-up price is $90.

Yes. It's supposed to fit with true-dual exhausts. When I installed it, it wasn't touching the exhaust flange but was very close. The vibration of the car caused it to rub against the flange and it ground away a very small amount of the metal. I was considering changing exhausts anyway so this will speed the process.

Nice part man, does this really make a difference in handling when installed?

Chassis bracing definitely makes for improved handling. Although I can't speak to the specific impact of this one brace alone. Most people add multiple braces at one time (i.e. front lower tie brace, rear lower tie brace, rear lateral brace, 4-point chassis midbrace, and/or inner fender braces). When I removed this particular brace, I also changed the setting on the adjustable front sway bar so I'm not sure what the impact was from removing the brace.
