bought Brand new from caskyline (Randy) a few days ago... i desided i can use the money for something else... never installed the bar... ill sell it for $210... randy sold it to me for... $215 shipped Brand New in the box (its still in the box)

These are by NRG, and are made from high quality aluminum. As you can see from the picture, there is a bit of clearance between the bottom of the bar in the middle, and the engine cover.
FITMENT W/SPACER:
This bar clears all spacers, MD 5/16, 1/2, and the Skunk 2.

The bar fit's on the car nicely, and is easy to install. On the passenger side, you will have to remove the clip that holds the wire loom over the strut, to move that bracket out of the way, and then put back when done with the install. For the driver's side, you'll need to do the same, remove a bracket for one of the AC lines to get the end of the bar in place. ALSO, on some newer model G35s, you will have a clip holding two hard lines on the inner fender well, by the inner-most strut bolt, and this clip will have to either be removed prior to the install to get the bar to sit correctly, and the reconnected when the bar end is in place, or remove it altogether (which is not a big ordeal either).
here is a close up of the passenger side, and circled is the bracket you have to move and then put back for install:

and the driver's side, circled is the white clip mentioned above, remove it for install, and re-attach when install of bar end is complete:
