Well, maybe not custom 
(painted by me) but it is painted 
It's not perfect but decent for a garage paint job.

Rol..I got the JDM Neodi cover from Zach a while back
I had it on the car for about 2 months. I doubt it will bubble. I did 3 coats of primer, sanded, 4 coats of paint, 2 medium coats of clear.
