Ok so I have some brand new fiber glass fender flares for the 03-06 G35. These are from when I was going to go sik on my G but the accident changed everything. Yes you would need to cut the existing fender to be able to fit the wider wheels and tires better

measuring from the flat surface of the wall, to the new lip edge that would first make contact with the tire, you have 52mm-54mm (roughly two inches)

 

I'm just throwing this out there since I do need them but I'd be willing to take some Kics 30mm spacers and cash for these!

 

Tape them on your car so we can see what they look like! I think it will help your sale.
