For 03 and 04 coupes, it drops the car 20mm front and rear. Not a huge drop, but definitely a very planted and predictable feeling when cornering. What I like about this is that you won't have to worry too much about scraping/rubbing if you are too low to the ground. Unless of course you already have a bodykit with very low ground clearance. The other thing is that you do not need a camber kit with this suspension, as it is at the max range of the factory spec (-1.3 degrees front and -1.8 degrees rear). Your tire wear will be okay.
The ride is better than stock even though it is approx 50% stiffer front and rear. The dampers are valved very nicely to match the spring rates. The ride is very forgiving/comfortable even over bridge/highway expansion joints. I'm comparing this against my HKS Hipermax III which does not like large expansion joints.
Per Gsedan35's Specs Compilation,
Spring rates (front/rear):
OEM (linear springs) 314/342
Nismo S-Tune (progressive springs) 448/504
