FS: Winter wheels and tires - Dunlop Winter Sport 3D - Boston

For sale in the Boston area (Malden, North Shore) - winter wheels and tires, bought for a 2004 Infiniti G35 Coupe w/Brembo brakes. Both wheels/tires were bought from the Tire Rack.
The tires are -

Front: 225/50HR-17 Dunlop Winter Sport 3D
Rear: 225/55HR-17 Dunlop Winter Sport 3D
(Note rears are bigger than fronts)
The wheels are 4 17x7.5 ASA JH3 Silver. The bolt pattern on the wheels is 5-114.3.

May be usable on other cars. Please consult the Tire Rack (www.tirerack.com) for feasibility with the wheel and tire information before considering purchase for a different car than a 2004 G35 Coupe. They came with hub centric rings which may be different for a different car, but I'm sure Tire Rack can tell you what ring size you would need for a different car or if the tire sizes will fit for your car. I will not be responsible for ensuring proper fitting of these on your car.

The front 2 tires were recalled by Dunlop this past month and are brand new (have never been driven on). You can see them in the picture with the sticker still on. The rear 2 tires have 1 winter season on them (about 6000 miles or so).

These tires made my rear wheel drive G35 into a reasonable winter car. The wheels are in reasonable condition - a bit of yellowing in the crevices from salt. These wheels are meant to shield your nicer summer wheels from similar damage. I am selling these because I no longer own the Infiniti and the bolt pattern of these wheels does not fit on my other cars.

I am looking for $500.

Local pickup preferred.

Thanks in advance.

My bet is it would fit, but to be safe I would give Tire Rack a call. I can call tomorrow and check with them if you like.

At least on the 04, I know the Brembo calipers were much bigger than the non-Brembos, so if it would clear the Brembos it would clear the non-Brembos.

It does not come with TPMS.

I thought they were great in the snow. Don't get me wrong, there are some limitations, but I never felt like it was very dangerous and I had some crazy commutes in the snow.
The biggest issue you will find is if the snow gets too deep, the front of the car is relatively low, and the car acts like a bit of a plow. A small shovel kept in the trunk to clear the tires/front if you get in a jam is essential. But no tire will be able to save you from that..

They come mounted and balanced with regular valve stems (no TPMS).

For me, the TPMS sensor light was normally not on. I think it came on a few times here and there (maybe 3 times in the 4 years I had my car), but it was bizarre and went away the next time I used the car.

I think the price is fair given that 2 of the tires are brand new (never been driven on). This package costs over $1100 shipped new from Tire Rack.

I'll post tomorrow after I speak to Tire Rack about your fitting question.
I'm assuming you are local in the Boston area and are willing to pick these up?

Tire Rack says the sizes should be the same.
The thing he doesn't know is if the brakes got bigger on the 2006 and so I can't be 100% that the wheels will clear them.
I can tell you my Brembo calipers were huge and they fit, but theres no guarantee.
Let me know if you are interested.
